Disputes & Chargebacks

If a customer files a chargeback after delivery:

We will submit all proof of delivery to Stripe and the customer’s bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in blacklisting from future purchases. Customers may be reported to fraud-prevention authorities. Filing a false chargeback after receiving a digital service is considered digital fraud.

Right to Cancel (Before Delivery Only)

Cancellations are only possible before the service has been processed or delivered.

Delayed Delivery
