1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
All purchases made on LoveDOEKOE.nl are for digital products or services. Once an order is placed and processing has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in rare cases of non-delivery as verified by our team.
By purchasing, you agree that your order is non-refundable, and you waive your right to request a return or chargeback after the service is delivered or started.
2. Delivery Confirmation
Our services are delivered digitally via email, in-game transfer, or other digital communication platforms such as Instagram. We collect and store proof of delivery, including (but not limited to):
Screenshots of completed services
In-game logs
Communication records
IP address & timestamp logs
These will be used in any payment dispute to confirm valid delivery.
3. Disputes & Chargebacks
If a customer opens a chargeback after delivery:
We reserve the right to submit all proof of delivery to the payment provider, Stripe, and the customer’s bank.
Customers who open fraudulent chargebacks may be blacklisted from future purchases and reported to relevant fraud prevention authorities.
Submitting a false chargeback after receiving a product or service is considered digital fraud.
