If the customer interferes with the process in any way, we reserve the right to: mark the order as completed (delivered) without further obligation.
Cancel the order without guarantee of a refund.
Retain part or the full payment, depending on the work already completed.
Our services require time, precision, and the use of multiple systems and tools. Any disruption can result in irreversible issues within the process. Therefore, customers who fail to follow instructions or intentionally disrupt the workflow may no longer be eligible for future services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer whose behavior negatively impacts our operations, efficiency, or service integrity.
