REFUND POLICY – LoveDOEKOE.nl
All products and services sold on LoveDOEKOE.nl are classified as digital products and/or digital services. Due to the irreversible and non-returnable nature of digital goods, all purchases are considered final once payment has been completed.
NO REFUNDS AFTER PROCESSING OR DELIVERY
Once an order has entered processing status, has been assigned to a our modders or has been partially or fully delivered, the order becomes STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
This applies regardless of:
• Account bans or suspensions
• Game updates or ban waves
• Customer dissatisfaction after delivery
• Incorrect use by the customer
• Changes made by third-party platforms or publishers
• Customer inactivity or refusal to cooperate during delivery
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional situations where LoveDOEKOE.nl independently verifies that no delivery or no service activity has taken place.
By completing a purchase, the customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:
• The purchase concerns a NON-REFUNDABLE DIGITAL PRODUCT/SERVICE
• The right to a traditional return does NOT apply to digitally delivered goods
• Any attempt to reverse a valid payment after delivery may be treated as fraudulent activity
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & PROOF OF SERVICE
All products and services are delivered digitally through one or more of the following methods:
• Website Live Chat
• Instagram Direct Messages (@lovedoekoe)
• In-game transfers or account activity
• Other approved digital communication channels
To protect both the customer and LoveDOEKOE.nl, we securely collect and store evidence related to every completed order, including but not limited to:
• Screenshots of completed deliveries
• In-game transaction or transfer logs
• Chat and communication history
• Login/IP address records
• Device/browser information
• Delivery timestamps and order activity logs
This information may be used as evidence in:
• Payment disputes
• Fraud investigations
• Chargeback cases
• Legal proceedings
This is done to confirm successful delivery and customer participation.
DISPUTES, PAYMENT REVERSALS & CHARGEBACK FRAUD
If a customer files a:
• Chargeback
• Payment reversal
• Unauthorized transaction claim
• Bank dispute
after confirmed delivery, LoveDOEKOE.nl reserves the right to:
• Submit all collected delivery evidence to Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, banks, and payment providers
• Permanently blacklist associated customer data and linked accounts
• Restrict future purchases and access to our services/platforms
• Report confirmed fraudulent activity to relevant fraud-prevention and cybercrime authorities
Filing a false dispute after receiving a digital service may be classified as:
DIGITAL FRAUD, PAYMENT ABUSE, and/or UNAUTHORIZED REVERSAL ACTIVITY under applicable laws and payment provider regulations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Order cancellations are ONLY POSSIBLE BEFORE PROCESSING OR DELIVERY HAS STARTED.
Once:
• Work has begun
• Materials have been prepared
• An account has been accessed
• A worker/modder has started the service
cancellation is NO LONGER POSSIBLE.

CUSTOMER ERRORS & PLATFORM SELECTION
Customers are fully responsible for reviewing product descriptions and verifying compatibility before purchasing, including:
• Console/platform compatibility
• Account requirements
• Game version compatibility
• Service limitations and prerequisites
In cases involving customer purchasing mistakes — including selecting the wrong console, platform, product, region, or service type — LoveDOEKOE.nl is NOT obligated to issue a monetary refund.
At our sole discretion, we may instead offer:
• A replacement service within the same price range
• Store credit or a coupon code for future use
If a monetary refund is exceptionally approved for a customer-caused error, the following may be deducted:
• Payment processing fees
• Transaction costs
• Administrative costs
• Non-refundable provider charges

DELAYS & SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Estimated delivery times are NOT GUARANTEED and may vary depending on:

If a significant delay occurs, LoveDOEKOE.nl may, at its sole discretion, offer:
• Partial compensation
• Store credit
• A discount code for future purchases

• They waive the right to unjustified payment disputes after valid delivery
LoveDOEKOE.nl reserves the right to update, modify, enforce, or expand this policy at any time in order to protect the platform and customers against fraud, abuse, unauthorized reversals, and malicious activity.
