We prioritize swift delivery of your orders. However, in the rare event that we are unable to meet the specified delivery time you paid for, we offer compensation. Should your order be delayed, you will receive a discount code for your next purchase and a coupon for complimentary fast delivery on your subsequent order. 3. GTA 5 Account Purchase Policy
When purchasing GTA 5 accounts, we want to ensure clarity regarding our responsibilities and limitations. LoveDOEKOE.nl cannot be held liable for any bans incurred on purchased GTA 5 accounts, whether due to "ban waves" or customer actions. We advise customers to carefully review product descriptions to ensure compatibility with their consoles or accounts. Please refrain from submitting product-related inquiries on platforms such as YouTube or Instagram, as these messages may be automatically deleted by our chatbots.
4. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Disputes
Filing an unjustified chargeback after confirmed delivery of digital products or services is strictly prohibited and considered fraudulent behavior.
- For each unjustified chargeback, the customer will be charged an administration and penalty fee of €75, in addition to the original order amount.
- All reasonable collection costs, legal fees, and interest incurred to recover such amounts will also be passed on to the customer.
