1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and services provided through LoveDOEKOE.nl. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services
LoveDOEKOE.nl offers digital services, including but not limited to:
✅ Modded accounts
✅ In-game outfits and boosts
✅ Other GTA-related digital enhancements

These services are delivered directly to your game account or platform ID provided during checkout.

3. Payment
All orders must be paid in full before delivery. We accept various payment methods, including iDEAL, PayPal, and credit cards, depending on your location. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the selected service. Please refer to the product description for estimated delivery windows. Note: unexpected game updates, server downtime, or platform restrictions may affect delivery time.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, cancellations are only accepted before the service is delivered.
✅ Once the service is completed and delivered, no refunds or returns are possible.
✅ If you encounter an issue caused by us (e.g., wrong delivery), please contact us within 7 days at lovedoekoe@gmail.com, and we will work toward a suitable solution.

6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing correct and complete account information. LoveDOEKOE.nl is not liable for issues arising from incorrect details. Additionally, you understand and accept that using modded content may violate the terms of service of the game publisher, and you accept full responsibility for any consequences such as warnings, suspensions, or bans.

7. Liability
LoveDOEKOE.nl is not responsible for changes made by the game publisher, such as updates, patches, or enforcement actions that may affect the usability of our delivered services.

8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and only use your data to process your order. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent court of the Netherlands.

10.Chargebacks and Fraudulent Disputes

Filing an unjustified chargeback after confirmed delivery of digital services is considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
For each unjustified chargeback, the customer will be charged an administration and penalty fee of €75, in addition to the original order amount.

All reasonable collection costs, legal fees, and interest incurred to recover such amounts will also be passed on to the customer.
